A continuous staff-training program is implemented to ensure that these high standards are maintained in line with the latest developments in Care Practices as may be laid down inappropriate Health & Social Care Act 2008, Regulations and the auditing of the Care Quality Commission.

Premier Angels began in 2018, after years of working in the health and social care industry, we realised there would come a time when Social Services and the National Health Service would be unable to cater for the needs of the vulnerable, frail, disabled and elderly living in the community. As professionals, we decided to make simple what was to eventually become complicated, time-consuming, and expensive to manage for frail people.

We established Premier Angels with the service user’s perspective in mind. We wanted to offer a caring continuous, and consistent care services that required no effort for those using us and was cost effective. Even today we keep it simple so that users are not tied into service agreements or contracts and have a single point of contact whilst using the service.

We value being person-centered and have informal meetings with the customer to devise a support plan together and those who are unsure of what we offer we can arrange a trial week.
